The Horde in Forever
Four old nations and one new arrival. In Forever the Horde can field all nine classes for the first time, because the undead can now be paladins.
Blizzard describes the Horde as nations "loosely joined in an alliance of convenience against a hostile world that would see them destroyed".
Three things are new on this side. Orcs can be mages, trolls can be warlocks and the undead can be paladins. The third matters most, because it gives the Horde a class it has never had.
The fifth race is new altogether. The Windshaper Skyborne descend, in Blizzard's words, from the first of their people to receive the wind spirits' gift, and they have come to Azeroth to find out what happened to those spirits. The Skyborne exist on both factions, and you choose a side when you make one.
The five races
Orc
Six classes, now with a spellcaster that isn't a warlock.
Classes: Hunter, mage, rogue, shaman, warlock, warrior. New in Forever: Mage.
Racial traits: Blood Fury, Shatter Curse, Axe Specialization, Hardiness.
Tauren
The fewest classes of any race, but one of them is druid. Plainsrunning makes a tauren faster the longer it keeps moving.
Classes: Druid, hunter, shaman, warrior.
Racial traits: War Stomp, Cultivation, Plainsrunning, Endurance.
Troll
Seven classes, the most on the Horde.
Classes: Hunter, mage, priest, rogue, shaman, warlock, warrior. New in Forever: Warlock.
Racial traits: Berserking, Rapid Regeneration, Beast Slaying, Regeneration.
Undead
The only Horde race that can be a paladin.
Classes: Mage, paladin, priest, rogue, warlock, warrior. New in Forever: Paladin.
Racial traits: Will of the Forsaken, Cannibalize, Underwater Breathing, Touch of the Grave.
Windshaper Skyborne
The new race. Horde Skyborne can be shaman; Alliance Skyborne cannot.
Classes: Druid, hunter, rogue, shaman, warrior. New in Forever: The whole race.
Racial traits: Walk on Air, Skysight, Wind Blessed, Elemental Insight.

Night elf, high elf, blood elf or Skyborne? The elves, explained
Every race now has four racial traits, two you press and two that are always on. They are listed with each race above. Blizzard says several were reworked for Forever.
Your faction decides who you can play with. Blizzard has said Horde and Alliance players still cannot group together in Forever, so choose the side your friends are on first and the race second.
