Mind2Muscle ("the App") is a workout notebook that lets you record voice moments on Apple Watch and uses AI to structure your training data.
- No account required.
- No analytics or tracking.
- Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription (requires internet).
- Transcript text is sent to OpenAI for AI features.
- No other third parties receive your data.
Audio & Transcription
Voice moments are recorded on your Apple Watch and transferred to your paired iPhone. Audio is then sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for cloud-based transcription. An internet connection is required for transcription. Audio recordings are not stored by the app after transcription is complete.
AI Processing
Transcript text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate structured workout logs, social content, and training insights. The app includes a bundled API key so AI features work out of the box. You can optionally provide your own OpenAI API key in Settings. Your API key is stored securely in the iOS Keychain.
Third Parties
OpenAI is the only third-party service that receives your data (audio for transcription and text for AI processing). No other third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or analytics services are included. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.
HealthKit
Mind2Muscle writes workout data to Apple Health as strength training sessions. HealthKit data stays on your device and is governed by Apple's privacy policies.
Data Storage
Workout data, transcriptions, and AI-generated content are stored locally in the app's sandbox on your device.
